Janine Copeland

My name is Janine Copeland, married mother of 2 grown children.  I live in Green Bay WI.  We have been here 19 years.  

I have always been interested in fitness, having joined my first gym at 16 yrs old. Group exercise has always been my go to for fitness. I started working at the Green bay Y in 2002 as a swim instructor.  I moved into personal training 10 years ago. Helping people is something that comes natural for me so personal training and group exercise class has brought me joy over the years.  

It is a great feeling to watch clients and class participants gain confidence in their abilities.  

I enjoy reading, spending time with family and friends and traveling.  My husband and I enjoy traveling around the states and have been to Europe a couple times.  Traveling is such an amazing experience, seeing the sites and meeting great people along the way.
