Jill’s aim in her yoga classes is to calm, de-stress and have fun! Her influences include hot yoga, power yoga, hatha vinyasa, tantra and Iyengar. Jill is the owner and founder of Barefoot Power Yoga Teacher Training School and is an E-RYT 500 and YACEP. When not doing yoga Jill loves to be outside doing anything from tennis, biking, hiking or her newly favorite pickle ball! She, is recently an empty nester and looks forward to lots of travel and yoga!
