After over ten years of enjoying the many benefits of yoga, I began teaching yoga in 2018 to share those same benefits with others. I enjoy teaching, connecting with my students, and continuing to grow in my own practice and knowledge of yoga. I completed my 200Hr RYT in 2020 through YogaFit and am certified through Yoga Alliance. I currently teach six weekly classes, as well as occasionally "specialty" classes such as couples yoga, kids yoga, and yoga for improved sleep.
