Angela Effertz

I have been teaching aqua fitness courses since 1992. Throughout the years, I have taught at various colleges, universities and health clubs throughout the Midwest. In addition to teaching fitness courses, I teach Exercise Science courses at a community college in the Twin Cities area. My areas of specialty are exercise physiology, back country recreation, and outdoor leadership.
