ANA HARTFORD (AMIGO)

My Original name is ANA MARIA AMIGO (But my married Last name is Hartford since 2014)

I am a Professional Dancer of Contemporary Dance and Zumba Fitness Instructor since 2009; Teaching in different Gyms/Studios/Community Centers and also in different Countries: Chile, which is my native country, in Venezuela, Where I was living during 25 years developing my full potential as a dancer in different dance genres and currently I live in Lynn, Massachusetts of United States, participating usually in health events and wellness and recreation for the Community. 

Now; I am so happy having the opportunity to teach Zumba around of the world sharing in beautiful Resorts and Hotels my passion for ZUMBA 

Teaching weekly, during 1 hour of class, using different musical rhythms to perform exercises mixed with dance steps increasing the cardiovascular system, developing the concentration, obtaining a healthy and fun training, while achieving the Goal of burning calories.

My ultimate goal is to motive various individuals/groups to live a more active and healthier lifestyle through dance fitness. This will greatly contribute to the success of a fitness and/or dance organization through my gained knowledge of fitness and dance experience.
