Vicki has been in practice for over 25 years and certified in several disciplines, Vinyasa (2016), Yoga Fit ((1999) 1, 2 & 3, Yoga Butt and Yoga Strength 

Vicki is a dedicated, creative Yoga instructor with a concentration on an holistic approach to the practice. Emphasis is placed on the balance of the class with a focus on a theme, IE. core, legs & glutes, strength, whole body, etc. Classes are curated with a specific music playlist that's as important to the class as the movements.

Vicki's philosophy is to have students grow into their own practice. No two bodies are the same and no two people practice Yoga for the same reasons and results.

Work safely within the limits of your strength, balance and comfort zone. Work hard, have fun, love Yoga, leave feeling great looking forward to your next class.
