Donna is a 200HR-CYT yoga teacher and also holds certification for SUP Yoga. She teaches yoga throughout Central Florida.
Yoga has helped Donna relieve painful physical injuries like plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, and torn hip labrum. Yoga has also helped her alleviate feelings of depression and provided a healthy way to address stress and anxiety.
As a yoga teacher, Donna's mission is to create a supportive and uplifting atmosphere in her yoga classes that equips her students with the tools to explore their bodies and minds so they feel alive, confident, powerful and successful - not only on their yoga mats and paddle boards, but in their lives.
She loves teaching beginners and showing them that you don't need to be flexible to practice yoga. She also enjoys sharing how yoga can help gain both flexibility and strength with a consistent practice. Her favorite place to practice is outdoors, whether on the beach, at the farmhouse, or on the rivers and lakes while on paddle boards.
When Donna is not practicing yoga, you can find her snuggling with her rescue dogs, exploring Florida nature, or on the water chasing the sun on her paddle board.
