Dani Yoga BIO                          

Dani began her yoga journey in Boston in 2007, where she practiced different styles, with different teachers such as Baptiste yoga, Bikram yoga and Vinyasa.  Danirelocated to Miami in 2012 and decided to take her practice of yoga to the next level and become a teacher and healer. For several years, Dani served the Miami community by teaching both publicly and privately, establishing yoga events and also leading retreats abroad. Then in 2017 her and her husband welcomed their first child and at the same time relocated to Dallas! It was a whirlwind to say the least!  

Her intention as a teacher has been and always will be to help people, like herself, that are intimidated to try yoga for various reasons, to help them feel welcome and to show them how their body and mind can bend and evolve with time. Dani’s happy, energetic, kind-hearted, and warm demeanor lends itself wonderfully to this intention.  Her personal message and mission for every person seeking health is to START WHERE YOU ARE. Start where you are and Dani will meet you in that place that you are in, right now at this moment, physically and mentally and help you take the next step in creating the best version of yourself.  

Dani offers a dynamic usually invigorating vinyasaflow sequence designed to strengthen the entire body and create flexibility in order to create an environment for the student to journey inward and discover their true self.  Her teaching can also be completely individualized based on the student’s needs and abilities. She prides herself on her approachability as a teacher and applies a light-hearted energy and happiness to every aspect of her life. Dani also offers deep restorative yoga and meditation guidance. Her strengths as a yoga teacher are in her ability to fully explain each and every pose and its benefits, which allows the student to feel comfortable and develop a deeper knowledge for themselves.
