Belinda Aboody

Hello!

My name is Belinda! I currently reside in Huntersville, NC which is approximately 20 miles North of Charlotte. I have been a Pure Barre Instructor for over 8 years. I am a dual citizen of New Zealand and a large portion of my family live there. I grew up learning sign language and am currently working on my Spanish Skills. I'm in love with traveling and thrive from teaching other people Barre. It's a no impact work out although the heart rate does increase! The goal is to strengthen muscles, increase endurance and enhance flexibility. It's an excellent way to connect the mind to the body. No dance or prior ballet experience needed. I look forward to meeting you to tone our muscles and invigorate our minds!
