Elaine Waksman

 A dedicated 25+ year experienced Holistic Physical Therapist with a specialization in pelvic floor and a solid foundation as a 500-hour certified yoga instructor and a pilates expert. My preferred teaching style is Gentle, Slow Flow Vinyasa with an emphasis on breath work, and alignment in order to reap the maximum benefits of the asana. A Restorative/Yin practice is always a favorite to wind the day down.  I welcome and teach all levels through a slow, mindful movement  meditation to complete the practice.
