Ayssa Dantzler

Ayssa is the proud owner of The Stretching Boutique.  She is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Group Fitness Instructor, ACE Nutrition Specialist, Mobility and Flexibility Certified Classical Stretch/Essentrics Instructor, and BARRE Above Certified. Ayssa is a talented and enthusiastic health and wellness practitioner with a zeal for improving the lives of humans that cross her orbit. Through movement, Ayssa's desires include creating opportunities for individuals to become a better version of their current self for their future self; and connecting individuals to an endorphin induced stretch.

Ayssa is also a travel enthusiastic. She enjoys exploring the planet and bridging the lives of individual through movement.  She loves smiling, the Sun, Caribbean waters, and cultural foods.  Additional things that makes her happy include people, air travel, self care, and a smooth experience at the airport.
