I have been teaching yoga for 13 years and have experience teaching groups, private sessions and online. I started out teaching at the YMCA and then in yoga studios and now focus on private sessions with clients as well as teaching in an online class format. I have developed an online course called Pain Free Feet and help my clients overcome plantar fasciitis. I also help clients overcome back, neck and knee pain. As an athlete who has run dozens of marathons and ultramarathons it is my passion to help clients return to and/or maintain their active lifestyle.
