I am an RYT200 with over 400 hours of training, pursuing my 500hr certification. I teach a moderate vinyasa class that can be ramped up or down, with a focus on breath work, light mediation, and empowerment through self awareness. I also hold a 30hr Yin certification and am trained in breathwork and meditation.
My own self-practice leads me outside to connect with nature whenever I can. I balance my day job with yoga and traveling and love when I can combine those two passions.
In my spare time you can find me cooking, gardening, or riding my bike on the boardwalk with my 9-lb dog in my backpack heading to any beach that will let her run free.
