I have a lifelong love of all things fitness and thus began my yoga practice in 2015 as a means of augmenting my fitness routine. It was not long until I realized that there was so much more to offer than the physical practice. I completed my 200-hour certification in 2016 with Flourish Yoga and Wellbeing under the mentorship of Jen Xanders. In 2018 I had the honor of being a guest teacher at YogaByCandaceÒ first 200-hour teacher training in Chiang Mai, Thailand. In 2021, I completed my 300-hour yoga certification with Yoga on High and hold the designation of RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance. I am certified as an Accessible Yoga Ambassador, Meditation Teacher, Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher, Pranayama Teacher, iRest Level 1 Teacher, SpinningÒ Instructor and am a NFPT Personal Trainer. I currently teach Vinyasa style yoga asana, pranayama and meditation as well as indoor cycle classes. The focus of my teachings is to create an atmosphere that is all inclusive, safe but challenging, fun and creative.
