Kim's love of yoga started back in 2003 when she was looking for a change in her fitness routine. The unexpected mental benefit of stress reduction and overall mindfulness kept her returning to the mat.
After 28 years in a high stress corporate environment, she chose to follow her passion and help others discover all the benefits yoga has to offer and find their own inner zen. Kim has been teaching yoga since 2017 and is currently an E-200 RYT & YACEP. She is working on completing her 300 hour RYT by the fall of 2021. Kim is also Level 1 certified in Aerial yoga, Rage Yoga, TRX, and TRX Flow.
Kim's teaching style ranges from fun/energetic to restorative/passive with an emphasis on alignment to prevent injury.
