I started teaching dance lessons at age 14 and got my first job teaching exercise classes at ge 16. I began my professional career in Fitness when I began college ten years for a degree in Rehalilitation Science with an emphsis on the elderly. I began teaching Senior exercise as a part of my college studies and have since specialized in this field. I have been trained and certified to teach all Group Fitness classes and specialize in modifying the classes to fit the needs of all populations. For the past year I have traveled to all Fitness Center in Arkansas as a Quality Assurance Coordinator for the SilverSneakers Fitness Program, a wonderful exercise program provided by the senior's insurance companies. I also travel the US giving lectures on Nutrion, Exercise and Brain Fitness to the Older Adult population. Four years ago I traveled to Jamicia and taught three classes a day for one week for Fitness Pro.
