I found yoga when I really needed it most In a time where life and my anxiety felt larger than life. With no other tools for grounding my energy, yoga quickly became a doorway for cultivating a relationship with myself. My style of yoga is deeply rooted in practicing self awareness, and encourages students to take my suggestions as offerings to move in ways that support them as they are. I touch on alignment principles, offer modifications, and build classes toward exploring different variations and challenges.

I teach because I have seen firsthand that yoga deepens relationships within ourselves and others. I love creating a non competitive space where we are both challenged and supported, on the edge of our comfort zone and still confident there. I love that for myself and others.

I have explored different vinyasa styles, with my 200hr YTT at Red Hot Yoga in Buckhead. I also have over 400 continuing education hrs in Ayurveda, Yin, Restorative, Heartful Meditation, Reiki, and Energy Medicine.
