Abby Dupler

Abby resides in Lititz, Pa with her husband and two dogs. She loves theater and is a professional actress.

Abby’s passion for fitness began two years ago when she embarked on a journey to better health, losing over 100lbs through healthy nutrition and exercise. During this journey, Abby fell in love with boxing and kickboxing and really caught on to the movement and strategy of it all. She received an instructor certification in Les Mills BodyCombat, and the very quickly growing Boxing & Barbells. She is also a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She currently teaches classes and trains clients at Lititz RecCenter. 

Abby loves working with people who are on a weight loss journey! She knows exactly what they are going through and loves to inspire and motivate people to become the best and strongest they can be.
