Nikki Butler (RYT) teaches a revitalizing style class to create balance in our bodies, our minds, and spirits while linking movement to breath. Her style incorporates conscious breath, vinyasa flows, along with gentle poses to stretch and strengthen the body. Moving from one posture to another, incorporating music, she aims to relieve stress and connect yoga students with the possibility of a new perspective in a way that brings more ease and vitality to every day. Come as you are, her classes are designed for all levels with modifications offered.
