Kristen Day

My name is Kristen, I am a 40 year old mother of 3 boys, married to my husband Dan for 9 years.  I am a woman who wears many hats! My days are busy as a yoga instructor, real estate assistant and Edward Jones branch administrator.  I volunteer at my children's on the PTO and within the community. I also belong a local woman's group INSPIRE  who gather for fitness, meditation, mindfulness, support and inspiration.
