Julie Millhauser

Hi, I’m Julie!
I am a lucky resident of Colorado Springs,
Colorado. I love hiking, biking, skiing,
snowshoeing, and paddleboarding in the mountains with my husband, son and dog,
Titan!
I have been teaching in public education for 35 years, 27 of which I have spent teaching High School PE developing curriculums for my classes including yoga, dance, weights, total fitness, and hiking.
Group fitness has also been my passion for over 30 years, teaching step, pilates, yoga, spin, weights, and kickboxing. I grew up in a Army family, living in different states and countries which began my love for travel.
My new personal goal is to help pursue ways to help cancer patients stay fit, something very close to my heart after losing my parents to cancer.
Although I love the mountains, I have always dreamed of teaching yoga on a beautiful beach. I am very excited to pursue an
opportunity traveling and sharing my
passions with others in paradise.
