Carolyn Lubecker

I've been a dance teacher and group fitness instructor since I was 14. I owned my own dance studio for 20 years. I'm a certified personal trainer and got my 200 YTT certification during Covid.  I currently work in the Fitness Center of a Retirement Community where I work with the residents individually, teach exercise classes, and aqua aerobic type classes

I have 3 adult kids who are my pride and joy. 2/3 live far away, and visiting them is something I love to do when given the opportunity. I love animals. I love to be outside. I enjoy all types of yoga.
