Sidra Glass

Hello! My name is Sidra, and I am a Special Education Transition Specialist for Georgetown ISD in Texas. I am also a 200 hr RYT and hold pop-up yoga events in my community through my business - Tru Arrow Yoga. I partner with local businesses to hold yoga classes in their courtyards/patios and, in return, bring patrons to their business. I teach vinyasa, yin yoga, and guided meditation. I also provide karma yoga to teachers and students at events around my district and teach mindfulness to students with emotional disturbances.
