Like many people, I attended my first yoga class because I needed to stretch. I continued to attend class and I noticed that my yoga practice offered more than a stretch. It became passionate about learning the mind-body connection and the way yoga can heal and transform us through breath and asana within the practice.
My style of teaching is for EVERY-body. I am patient and sensitive towards my students and their needs. My classes are warm and supportive with clear instruction on alignment. I often tell my students that “Yoga is your experience. It is unique to you. I am honored to be here to guide you.”
