After moving to Cincinnati in 2011 to attend the University of Cincinnati, I found myself calling this city home. I graduated with my BBA in 2015 and entered the world of cubicles. It didn't take long for me to realize I was "climbing the wrong ladder", so in 2018 I decided to officially take steps to change my path.
As a previous trampoline and tumbling student, competitor and assistant coach, I was drawn to Ashtanga style yoga as an adult. I completed my 200 hr RYT training locally and began my journey.
Positive Poses Yoga is a representation of my intentions for personal growth, and hopefully to inspire that same feeling in others. I want to share the peace that yoga brings me mentally, as well as guide people through strengthening movements that promote a healthy physical body.
