Henry Truong

Hi, my name is Henry Truong. I specialize in group fitness. I have done anything group hiit workout to kickboxing. I’m a very eccentric person with the desire to travel. I graduated with a Nursing degree right before joining the fitness industry. I have Alway had a passion for helping people. I trained in kickboxing and group fitness for the last 4 years. It’s not just training for me. It’s fun and exciting, I’m very passionate in teaching group classes. I love the energy!
