Laura Thorpe

I joined the group fitness team of LevelUp in Stoughton, WI in September of 2016.  I enjoy teaching PiYo, which is a great workout if you are looking for a combination of cardio, strength, and flexibility. The other classes I enjoy teaching are barbell strength and total body workout.  These classes work all of your major muscle groups while focusing on strengthening your whole body.  In addition, the total body workout class has a little cardio to kick it into high gear!  In my free time, I like to spend time with my kids, friends and Chihuahuas!  You can also find me playing tennis, running, lifting weights, volunteering, listening to live music, or soaking up the sun!
