Lisa Hale

I was born in Salt Lake City Utah and lived there until I was 25. I took dance classes from the time that I was very young—jazz, modern, ballet. I attended college and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Humanities—Art History and a minor in French. I lived in Switzerland and France where I practiced my French and interacted with the local people. I got married and moved to the DC area—Virginia, more specifically. I gave birth to 4 children and we adopted a young boy from China. We lived overseas—6 years in China (Shanghai and Beijing) and 3 years in Japan. We traveled extensively to Vietnam, Singapore, Cambodia, Bali, Kuala Lumpur, Thailand, as well as Europe. I LOVE to travel! I am now the Director of the Jr. Cotillion program here in Virginia. I am also teaching 9 workout classes/week and loving it! Life is good!
