My name is Katy Kowalik. I am a certified RYT200 yoga instructor from the Toledo, Ohio area. I love teaching and taking a very relaxed approach to my classes. I strive to make yoga fun and relaxing with no pressure to perform. I believe everyone has unique abilities and I love watching beginners learn new things.
