Alison Woehrman

I am a military spouse and mom of 2 little girls. I graduated from college with a bachelors degree in biology with minors in marine science and psychology. I went on to become a dolphin and sea lion trainer with the Navy Marine Mammal Program for 9 years. After the birth of my daughters I left my marine mammal career and turned towards the more family friendly field of fitness. I started off as a Beachbody coach and quickly grew from there into a fitness instructor and trainer. I love to travel and am excited for this opportunity.
