Sheryl Aquiler

Sheryl is originally from San Diego, California. Her passion for movement started at a young age as a competitive dancer and cheerleader. After attending California State University, Long Beach, she moved to New York City where she was first introduced to Pilates by a friend that needed a student to practice on for her certification.  This led Sheryl on a Pilates journey of her own that has spanned over 10 years of Mat & Apparatus certifications, private and group instruction, and managing studios from San Diego to New York City.  She is currently living bicoastal, spending the summer months working in Nantucket and the rest of the year in San Diego.

Sheryl brings her fun, positive energy and a welcoming attitude to all her sessions but it’s her focus on form, technique, and execution that really make for a challenging and efficient workout.
