Amanda Wells

Amanda has been practicing yoga for over 18 years. Originally a feel good practice that over time has evolved into a way of life. In 2018 she decided to do her 200-hour teacher training. She loved it so much that in 2020, she decided to deepen her knowledge and enhance her teaching skills with the 300-hour advanced teacher training.

Amanda uses the knowledge she’s gained in her trainings and experience with teaching to mindfully guide practitioners through sequences that are fun and light-hearted while keeping the integrity of yoga intact throughout the practice.
