Suzy Aoude

Suzy was raised in Southern California and after getting married, she decided to move to Michigan and pursue her future in accounting and finance by attending the University of Michigan. After working hard, receiving her MBA and working in the industry for 8 years, she decided to leave it all to raise her family. She began attending fitness classes after her second birth and fell in love with cardio kickboxing. Her passion for music, dance and fitness had synced into one. She aggressively pursued her interest and auditioned within a few months of attending group classes and was quickly hired at Lifetime fitness in Canton, MI. She went along to teach a variety of classes but her favorites are kickboxing and cycle. She met amazing people along the way and created long lasting friendships. She even taught her classes through her third pregnancy to the day she delivered. After 18 years in Michigan she and her family decided to move out to California 2 years ago. Her passion for fitness moved beyond just the studio and California offered so much more outdoor adventures and love of nature than one could ask.  She enjoys hiking, water sports, enjoying the beach, playing with her kids and creating long lasting memories with her loved ones.
