I have had a love of fitness for many years now. I love helping people to reach their fitness goals whilst creating a positive body image.
- I have a great passion for teaching Pilates/ Yoga and weights classes which I believe are fantastic ways of exercising and keeping fit ! Anyone that has been to my classes will agree that the classes are fun and energetic.
