Rosie Christian

My name is Rosie Christian and I am a yoga teacher in Denver, Colorado. I have been practicing yoga since 2013 when I took my first class and fell in love with the practice. Before I found my sacred yoga practice I had always been a dancer, a runner, or a gym-goer. All of those movement practices were fulfilling to me but I found that my yoga practice gave me so much more. I discovered a way to move mindfully that brought me balance, strength, peace, and presence. When I found this life-changing practice I knew I had to share it with others so that they could benefit from it as well. I began teaching in 2015.
