My name is Kim MacPherson and I’m a longtime yoga enthusiast and graduated in 2021 with my 200-hour YTT certificatation with Kim Saunders of YTT COLLECTIVE. I’ve known Kim and have been taking yoga classes with her since 2010.
In my (rather long) life, I’ve worn many hats—I’ve sold new homes (very successfully, I might add), I’ve been a marketing executive, and I’ve been and still am an artist. I’ve written and illustrated Children’s books since 2012. My plan is to continue but I’ve also added teaching yoga to my bag of tricks because I really want to help people heal from different things and I truly feel that yoga (in all of its many obvious and more subtle ways) can help do that.
Did I mention that I’m also a Reiki master? I like to continue to learn. In August of 2022, I founded and opened Crossroads Yoga in Milton, Georgia and it has turned into a thriving yoga community with 24 classes per week in a variety of styles and some of the best teachers in the area.
I teach Slow Flow, Gentle Yoga, Deep Stretch and Chair. I do hope to add some resorts discovered through FitBodies to my resume!
I live with my husband in Milton, Georgia with a 20 year old son in college. I look forward to new adventures and healing with yoga!
