Elisse is based out of Cleveland, Ohio and has been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years, with a consistent practice since 2016.
In 2020, faced with the pandemic and a new lifestyle as a first-time mother, she embarked on completing her 200-hour yoga teacher certification. She completed training with Awake To My Soul, led by Ylonda Rosenthal-Greene.
Her yoga style is primarily power vinyasa with an emphasis mental practices reinforced through physical movement. She loves strength-building hip openers like warrior two and bird of paradise, as well as surrendering heart openers like humble warrior and child's pose. Favorite meditation topics include gratitude, contentment (santosha) and earth-grounding/root-focusing.
