My name is Sharlene Shakes Sousa. I am 34 years old and is married to a wonderful man, Fernando Sousa. My husband and I live in beautiful Bermuda. I am an afaa certified personal trainer and group fitness instuctor and I have been working as such for the past ten (10) years both in my native Jamaica and my adopted home, Bermuda. I enjoy working with people and my greatest satisfaction is when I see my clients achieve and maintain their individual goals.
