Dara Kreeger

Dara found her love of indoor cycle living in NYC. She took that passion and became certified in Johnny G (back in the day!) and later Schwinn as an indoor cycle instructor. She's taught at multiple gyms in the Northeast and currently calls Lifetime Fitness in Mount Laurel, NJ her home away from home. Dara's style is athletic, but driven by the beat of the music to add that flare. You won't even notice the minutes flying by as you torch calories and have FUN in her class!
