Kayla Hewitt

Kayla grew up in small town USA. She was an athlete through her high school & college years. She didn’t discover yoga until after college sports. She fell in love with the physical challenge & mental benefits (as well as the HEAT). Kayla is happily married with 3 little boys. She enjoys teaching and attending hot power vinyasa classes. When she isn’t hanging with her family or doing yoga - she works as a Charge Nurse in one of the highest level Neonatal ICUs in the Midwest taking care of the smallest/sickest babies.
