I help female leaders gain more energy and build strength by moving just 20 minutes/day.
I enjoy being alongside individuals on their health & fitness journey. I love celebrating my clients wins with them & helping them work through their setbacks. It’s one of the most rewarding feelings in the world!
My favorite foods are baked salmon & dark chocolate. I love to go hiking, skiing and take fun classes like Lyra, pole & twerk.
