I am a Certified Group Exercise Instructor(AFAA), Certified Personal Trainer(NASM) Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach (NASM). I am also certified in Functional Movement by they Grey Institute. In addition, I have a BA in Psychology and an MSW in Social Work, where I practiced as an individual and family therapist for 20 years. With all of these credentials I have led group exercise classes, conduct a private business in Personal Training and Serve as a Wellness and Life Coach virtually. I teach and train for all levels ranging from teens and athletes to elderly and those with physical restrictions.
