Hello sunshine! 
my name is Courtney and I am a proud yoga teacher and more importantly mom of 3. 

to me, yoga is about connection. Connection with one’s Self, partner, child and family. 
There is so much beauty to be found when we take a second and just be. 

I love using Yoga Sequences to just be in your body, to be rooted with Mother Earth. My style is slow but intentional.
