Kaitlin Benner

My name is Kaitlin. I was a gymnast for 15 years, a spring board diver for 3 years, a cyclist for 4 in college, and am currently an avid hiker and runner. Sports and athletics have been my passion for many years so when I decided to change careers it was easy to pick getting my personal training certification so I could work at Orangetheory and start my own health & fitness business.
