Stacy Baller-Tam

Hello, my name is Stacy Baller-Tam. I'm a salon owner, hair stylist, yoga instructor and mom! Yoga has been my passion for 15+ years. I enjoy practicing different styles and sharing the many benefits of yoga, learning to slow down, mediate, and relax while gaining strength and flexibility. I love meeting new people and knowing that yoga can help everyone in different ways. Traveling is a priority in our lives, we thrive on the importance of making memories and staying well rounded in different cultures. I'm excited to continue growing in my yoga practice and would be honored to work with such a wonderful company! Being personable and making a positive difference in other lives is a heartwarming feeling that yoga has always fulfilled. Being in a service industry has taught me the importance of seeing the best in everyone and the ability to get along with many different personalities.
