Yoga is the development and practice of connecting the body, mind, and breath. Yoga is about making space to live in your own body, free of barriers. Shannon strives to help you make these connections for yourself. She completed her RYT200 with Sattva Seminole Heights in Tampa, FL and has a background in cheerleading, personal training, and is a certified Doula. Shannon has a compassion-centered worldview and a sincere, non-judgmental teaching style. She looks forward to helping you grow stronger, more flexible, fearless and encourages you to give yourself grace both on and off the mat. She hopes to inspire you to live each moment more mindfully.
