Sharing knowledge and practices in health, fitness and self-care motivates and uplifts me. I teach group exercise in a variety of modalities from aerobic fitness, weight training, kickboxing and calisthenics. I also teach yoga in the styles of Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative to all levels. I have been teaching fitness for 15 years and I have been a fastidious student of physical fitness, nutrition, health and the practices of self-care for the span of my life. Having the opportunity to share and make healthful connections with others is a great gift and extending these connections globally through travelling and teaching is a great dream of mine. I would be thrilled to make health and fitness accessible to anyone whenever and wherever they are because any experience is more enjoyable when the body, mind and Spirit are in good shape!
