Keri currently resides in  Canton with her husband, their three children, kitten, and two goofy doodles. Keri was introduced to yoga as a means of fitness that didn’t require shoes. 

 

Her 1st class as a young adult was by invitation of a friend, who Keri remembers snoring in savasana.

 

As Keri progressed, she discovered the many benefits of yoga on and off the mat. 

 

Yoga continues to add richness and depth to all areas of her life, creating better health, relationships, and mental wellness.

 

Keri was certified through Lift in May of 2021 and quickly became certified in prenatal and yin yoga.

She is also a certified Reiki Master.

 

Keri loves practicing all types of yoga, but she enjoys teaching yin most of all.

 

She strives to create a welcoming, loving, safe environment in her classes; holding space for each student to nurture their mind, body, and spirit.
