i have been teaching group fitness for 16 years. I have taught water aerobics strength classes and non impact cardio classes. I have also taught yoga. I am currently teaching 3 days a week a strength class using hand weights resistance band and a ball. I graduated from Sam Houston State with a bachelor degree in management. I worked out of college for 10 years. I have 3 kids and 2 grandkids.
