Growing up as a competitive figure skater, an interest in health and fitness came naturally to Calli but it wasn’t until she went to a Zumba class with her Mom that she ever considered instructing anything. She has always worked out lifting weights and doing interval training but rhythmic based workouts were what kept her interested and motivated. Calli was Zumba certified in 2010, Mad Dogg Spin certified on her 23rd birthday in 2015, and Bootybarre certified in 2017. She is also certified in Stages Indoor Cycling and TRX.
Calli’s love of health, wellness, and human connection also lead to her first career. Calli is a licensed, practicing Physical Therapy Assistant and enjoys the ability to bring this background and knowledge to clients at the studio utilizing it to develop her classes. She is also a fireman’s wife, a dog mom, and enjoys traveling and exploring new wineries and breweries with her husband… gotta have a little reward for all those hard workouts ;)
It was always a dream of Calli’s to do something more, something bigger - Something that she could serve others and reach them on many levels: mind, body, and soul. A place where people could connect with each other as they worked towards a common goal, forming a community of people that fostered relationships in and out of the studio walls. She knew she wanted to bring a non-cliquey boutique fitness studio offering a well rounded fitness routine to the Hershey area. It was this drive and passion that created the dream and then the reality of Studio 619… now Tribe Fitness!
